Willie Nugent’s latest Christmas book “ You’re never too old for Santa “ is now in the shops and with Christmas just around the corner what better time to buy one. Willie said “ My story is about a wee dog who believes because she’s getting old she’s no longer needed. The story can also be related to elderly relatives, friends and neighbours. My advice this Christmas is to always let the elderly know you care and old age doesn’t mean they have to slow down, spend time with them and listen to their stories, ask them for advice, not only will you learn a lot, you will get to learn something new “.

The books are £5 each with the entire proceeds being divided between three charities; FRIENDS OF THE CANCER CENTRE BELFAST CITY HOSPITAL. ROYAL BELFAST HOSPITAL FOR SICK CHILDREN. GUIDE DOGS FOR THE BLIND.

This is the fifth year Willie has written a Christmas book and so far each year they have sold out, so don’t leave it too late if you wish to have one.
